By placing your order you are agreeing to these terms and our privacy policy. Please take the time to read them carefully. These terms are for all customer types using this site (regular or wholesale). If you are a wholesale customer, please also take the time to read through our wholesale terms.

You can place an order via our website or by calling us on 07982182703.

Once you have placed an order you will be contacted via e-mail within 24hrs (or next working day) with details of your order and further information. Please ensure you check the details are correct and contact us at your earliest convenience if anything is incorrect or not as expected.

The successful placement of your order is deemed your acceptance of these terms & conditions. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. We reserve the right to decline your order at any time including after an acceptance email is sent. In the unlikely event that we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Non-acceptance of an order may be as a result of one of the following:

  • a product pricing, description or delivery charge error

  • the product you ordered being unavailable from stock

  • our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment

  • we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

  • we are unable to deliver to your provided address

  • (wholesale only) your store is in direct competition with any of our existing stockists

How to Order

All prices are in pounds sterling.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

We reserve the right to change designs, prices and products at any time without prior notice.

All information and general descriptions given including sizes, colour and materials are intended as a guide and shall not be binding on Stephanie Davies.

Due to the nature of digital printing, colours, finishes and the position of the designs (such as those with outer borders) may vary slightly from the examples shown and previous printing batches.

We are intentional in creating hand finished and embellished products and try to avoid using factory processes as much as possible. Our cards are glittered by hand (unless stated otherwise) and foil stamped by hand on our antique foiling machine. Due to the nature of these processes, subtle variations of positioning and foil coverage may occur.

Products & Pricing

U.K Delivery of products bought via our regular shop (not wholesale) is free unless stated otherwise, (please check on the checkout page as your delivery charge may alter due to the amount of products you have in your basket). U.K delivery charge of products bought via our wholesale shop is £8.50 with carriage paid for orders over £100 (Standard delivery only. Not including international orders). International delivery charges may vary, please email for more details.

All regular orders are aimed to be dispatched within 1-3 working days and delivered to within 3-5 working days (U.K only, international orders may vary). U.K wholesale deliveries aim to be delivered within three working days but can take up to 14 working days to be dispatched during busy periods (such as in between trade events). Please be aware with larger orders this can take longer due to the time it takes to add hand finishings to the cards. You will be notified of any delay.

All products will remain property of Stephanie Davies until they have been paid for in full.

Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving order. These items must be returned before credit can be issued.

Returns - Regular Customers

You may return an item at any time within 30 days of placing your order unless the goods you have ordered are made to order, bespoke or is a sale item.

If goods are damaged or faulty, return costs will be covered by Stephanie Davies on the condition a proof of postage receipt is provided by the customer and the customer has used a fairly priced standard delivery service to return goods.

If goods are being returned for any other reason, the return costs must be covered by the customer. The customer must take all measures to ensure the goods are returned in a good, resell-able condition (including all original packaging) for credit to be issued.

Returns - Wholesale Customers

Stock may only be refunded if damaged or faulty. You will be asked to provide evidence of any faults before credit can be issued. For more information on wholesale orders, please read our wholesale terms.

All intellectual property rights existing in our designs, products and design of this website are and will remain the property of Stephanie Davies. All designs are copyrighted by Stephanie Davies and are stored on a secure online dated databank.

Images may not be downloaded or used without permission from Stephanie Davies.

Any infringement of these rights will be taken very seriously and pursued vigorously.

Stephanie Davies is a registered company with A.C.I.D (Anti Copying In Design)® where legal aid is provided should these rights be infringed.

Intellectual Property
