•  No minimum order (subject to change)

•  Carriage paid for orders over £100 (Standard delivery only. Not including international orders)

•  U.K delivery charges £8.50 for standard delivery. International delivery charges may vary. Please email info@stephaniedavies.co.uk for more details.

•  International buyers are responsible for covering any additional charges incurred by their method of payment and/or shipment, including conversion fees, commission fees and export fees

• Credit cards not accepted

• All first time U.K payments will be invoiced on a pro-forma basis. After this, payment must be made within 30 days. We will exercise the right to charge 5% daily interest on overdue invoices (those that exceed the 30 days period). International orders are all invoiced on a pro-forma basis.

•  Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving order. These items must be returned before credit can be issued. 

•  Products will remain property of Stephanie Davies until they have been paid for in full.

•  Stock may only be refunded if damaged or faulty.

•  Although we aim to have your order with you within five working days, deliveries can take up to 14 working days to be dispatched during busy periods (such as in between trade events). Please be aware larger orders can also take longer due to the time it takes to add hand finishings to the cards. You will be notified of any delay.

•  All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

•  We reserve the right to change designs, prices and products at any time without prior notice.

•  We reserve the right to decline your order at any time, including but not limited to your store being in direct competition with any of our existing stockists.

•  Although a courteous effort is made, we do not guarantee stockists exclusive rights to our products for a specific area. Please be aware that competing stockists with multiple shops are excluded from any courtesy efforts, as their operations present challenges ineffective of monitoring.

•  All information and general descriptions given including sizes, colour and materials are intended as a guide and shall not be binding on Stephanie Davies.

•  By placing an order with us, requesting trade information or by creating an account, you provide consent for us to share your contact details with our authorised sales representatives and/or relevant distributors.

•  Due to the nature of digital printing, colours, finishes and the position of the designs (such as those with outer borders) may vary slightly from the examples shown and previous printing batches.

•  Due to the nature of the finishings added to the cards, subtle variations of positioning and foil coverage may occur.
