Why am I experiencing problems with PayPal?
We choose to use PayPal for our payments because we know it is safe and secure.
The main problems encountered when using PayPal are generally down to one of two things:
2. The card you are trying to pay with is not accepted by PayPal. If this is the case, please try using another card.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
We aim to dispatch your order the next working day after your order is placed. You will be notified of any delays.
Your order should be with you within 7 working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email (not including international orders). Please allow 14 working days for international orders. Please see our section on 'Delivery' in our Terms & Conditions for more details.
Can you send my order as a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes, that's no problem! Please inform us within one hour of placing your order, or ideally, as soon as you have placed your order, and be sure to change the details of the address you wish the gift to be sent to on your PayPal account. Please be aware that we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and so it may not be possible to change your order at a late stage.
Our greetings cards can be written by hand, wrapped and sent the next day. When you inform us, be sure to leave full details of your special message you would like in the card.
Our prints are always carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper and packed in a cylinder postal tube, making them very presentable gifts. All we require is a name and address of who you would like the print to be sent to. If you have any other special requirements , please let us know and we will try our best to help.
